Treatment of the Month: January 2025

This January don’t worry if you’ve overindulged this festive season as we’ve got you covered with this delightfully detoxifying yet super relaxing treatment of a Eucalyptus, mint and Ginger lily scented back, face and scalp Massage. The powerful eucalyptus oil helps to relieve congestion and helping to easy breathing (so great if you are struggling to fight off a winter cold) Whilst the potent and zingy peppermint oil helps with aches and pains and soothes tired muscles. Its also a decongestant and works well to clear blocked sinuses. This is completed with the top note of Ginger Lily which is said to have positive benefits to ones mental health including reducing fatigue, increasing concentration and promotes and overall feeling of happiness. Now, that sounds a good mix of scents to treat yourself with during a cold, damp and long January.
